Police have been on the scene of a shooting at a southeast Wichita apartment.
The shooting happened around 8:10 a.m. at an apartment complex in the 9100 block of East Harry. Officers reported finding a 16-year-old boy in an apartment with a gunshot wound to the head, and he was taken to a hospital in very critical condition.
Police captain Aaron Moses said one person was in custody at the scene.
