Hurricane Milton has leveled up again to a category 5 storm with maximum sustained winds of 155mph as it barrels toward Florida. The life-threatening storm will deliver a dangerous storm surge and up to 15 inches of rain. It is expected to make landfall between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Thursday morning.
