The Kansas State Fair has reported a total attendance of 328,714 for this year’s event in Hutchinson.
The first Saturday saw an impressive turnout of more than 51,000 visitors, the highest in six years, followed by over 56,000 on the second Saturday.
The Fair’s General Manager, Bryan Smith, said in a press release, “We’re absolutely thrilled with this year’s strong attendance. Fantastic weather contributed to the large crowds, and it was heartwarming to see so many people coming together to enjoy the fair.”
This year’s Nex-Tech Grandstand concert series also saw its highest attendance since 2015, featuring acts including Wynonna Judd, Goo Goo Dolls, Casting Crowns, Riley Green, and The Oak Ridge Boys. The Demo Derby set a new attendance record with 2,947 fans.
The 2025 Kansas State Fair will run from September 5–14.
