Today, the Awesome is on a flight to Washington. While the flight was boarding, a 94-year-old woman appeared confused, struggling to find her seat and having some challenges navigating the narrow aisle. As a flight attendant was about to help, a man in first class got her attention and asked her to give the woman his first class seat and he would sit in hers in the back of the plane. Without hesitation, the man stood up and accompanied the flight attendant to the back of the plane, where the elderly woman was seated. When he offered his first class seat to her, she was overcome with emotion and thanked him for his kindness. The flight attendant said, “It was amazing how his thoughtful act changed the attitude of everyone on the flight. May we all look for the little things we can do to help others around us and show Christlike acts of kindness. In this crazy world, let’s all try to be the good.”  I couldn’t agree more. Being a class act with kindness in first class, THAT’S AWESOME.
