Blake Shelton is leaving his longtime record label, Warner Music Nashville after 23 years. A statement released on Tuesday said the break-up was amicable. While with Warner Music Nashville, Blake earned 28 number-one hits and countless awards including CMA Entertainer of the Year.

 

 

 

 

 

It was a big night for Riley Green last night. He officially opened the doors to his new joint, “Riley Green’s Duck Blind” and used that moment to announce his upcoming third album “Don’t Mind If I Do”, being released on Oct. 18th, which happens to be his birthday. The title track of the new album is another collaboration with Ella Langley, who he is currently rising up the chart with on the song “You Look Like You Love Me”

If you had tickets to the “Giddy Up Music Festival” in downtown Vegas next month to see Megan Moroney, Chase Rice, Elle King and others -it’s been abruptly cancelled.

 

 

 

Now that summer is “unofficially” over, Billboard has released it’s “Songs of Summer” chart and for the 2nd year in a row the top song of summer is a country song. Post Malone and Morgan Wallen are in the top spot with “I Had Some Help”, followed by Shaboozey and “A Bar Song (Tipsy).

 

 

 

 

 

Congrats to Cody Johnson, he just earned his 3rd number one song as “Dirt Cheap” reached the top spot of the Mediabase charts.
