Today the awesome is in Chesapeake, Virgina. Brother and Sister Joshua and Rebecca Caldwell opened a lemonade stand for a last minute summer side hustle. After making about $40, a man came by and stole their money jar. Not to let it bring them down, the two siblings opened up the stand again the following weekend. What happened next is inspiring. The news spread of the theft and the community rallied to make things right. More than 600 people from the community came out to support the siblings. Firefighters, police officers, City Council members, and even members of a couple of motorcycle groups rolled up to the Caldwell home to buy lemonade. By the end of the day, Rebecca and Joshua had raised an astounding $6,200. Police captured the 19-year-old responsible for the robbery, which lead to the best part, Joshua and Rebecca forgave him. When Lemonade provides sweet lessons, THAT’S AWESOME.
