1. Fallout continues from the Trump-Musk get together on X the other night. The United Auto Workers filed federal labor charges against former President Trump and Elon Musk yesterday, accusing them of trying to “intimidate and threaten” workers for saying they were in favor of firing striking workers, something that’s illegal under the National Labor Relations Act. UAW President Shawn Fain said in a statement “It’s disgusting, illegal, and totally predictable from these two clowns.”
2. The Marion County Record police raid has gone global with news that former Marion Police Chief Gideon Cody has been charged with felony obstruction. Cody is being accused of persuading a potential witness to withhold information during a probe into his overall conduct. The publisher’s 98-year-old mother and co-owner of the newspaper, Joan, was also present during the home raid and appeared visibly upset in police body camera footage. She died a day later of a heart attack, which her son attributes to distress.

4. We all know that veggies are good for you, unless they contain biker crank. DEA Agents found meth in a truck full of celery at a farmer’s market outside Atlanta…a lot of meth. Buried in a load of celery was over 2,300 pounds of meth before they were delivered to the Atlanta State Farmers Market. Authorities were able to catch the criminal because they had be ‘stalking him’ for weeks.
5. and Officer Michael Cruz, joined the NYPD last year, was involved in a collision where someone was injured, and he left the scene without reporting the crash. He has been suspended without pay pending further investigation which is good for him, so he can binge watch every season of “Cops” which is where we all learned if you flee the scene of the a crime, it makes you look REALLY GUILTY!
and THAT’S TRENDING
