The lawsuit alleges that Buc-ee’s was fully aware how dangerous the rope was that tethered the inflatable Buc-ee Beaver to it’s anchor point. The plaintiff is suing for unspecified damages after suffering several injuries, most notably to his shoulder. My question is what was distracting this dude from noticing the giant beaver floating in the air.
