The Sedgwick County Election Office has started in-person advance voting for the August 6th primary. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The satellite voting locations will be open from July 30th to August 3rd. They will be open from 10 a.m.to 6 p.m. July 39th through August 2nd and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 3rd.
The Election Office has started mailing advance ballots for the election. Residents can request them by going to the Election Office, by calling 660-7100, or by going to the web site voterinformation@sedgwick.gov
Voters will be choosing candidates for the November general election in a variety of county, state and federal races.
As of 3 p.m. Monday, the Election Office had mailed out 10,266 mail ballots and had received 615 back. There were 77 in-person voters at the Election Office.
