Fresh off accepting his party’s nomination for president, Donald Trump appeared at a rally alongside Ohio Senator and Republican Vice Presidential nominee JD Vance on Saturday in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The event was the first joint campaign event for the two since they accepted their respective nominations this week at the Republican National Convention.

Headlining the final night of the RNC, Trump delivered a more than 90-minute speech during which he described the attempt on his life, from his point of view, last week in Pennsylvania. Vance was slated to hold a solo rally Monday in his hometown of Middletown, Ohio.
