The Sedgwick County Election Office has started mailing advance ballots for the August 6th primary election.
Voters can request an advance ballot by going to the Election Office, by calling the office at 316-660-7100, or by sending an email to voterinformation@sedgwick.gov
People who want an advance ballot mailed to them must request it by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30th.
Early in-person voting begins on Monday, July 22nd at the Election Office. The satellite locations for early in-person voting will be open from July 30th through Augusts 2nd from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on August 3rd from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Voters will have races for township positions, precinct committeeman and committeewoman positions, and county, legislative, judicial and federal offices on the ballot.
