Police are investigating a weekend shooting that left a 49-year-old man with serious injuries.
Officers were flagged down by a group of people around 12:30 a.m. Sunday in the 1800 block of South Broadway, and they found a man with several gunshot wounds to his lower body. He was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Police are still investigating, and anyone with information is urged to call detectives at 268-4407 or Crime Stoppers at 267-2111.
