Post Malone’s collaboration with Morgan Wallen continues to aim for the Song of the Summer title. “I Had Some Help” has now spent 5 weeks at the top of Billboard’s Songs of the Summer chart. Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” sits at number two for another week. Wallen took the title last year with “Last Night.”

 

 

Zach Bryan’s new album, “Great American Bar Scene” dropped yesterday. The U.S. Navy veteran collaborated with stars like Bruce Springsteen and John Mayer. It’s his 5th album in 5 years and you can get it on vinyl on October 10th.

 

 

Michael Trotter Jr. half of the hit duo, The War and Treaty is speaking out about finding a cotton plant in their dressing room at a Texas music festival. He said he felt anger, disrespect and sadness saying “We all know what that represents in this country to people that look like us.” The husband-and-wife duo became the first Black artists to be nominated for duo of the year at both the CMA and ACM Awards last year.
