Morgan Wallen will not face a judge today after all. The country music superstar waived his right to appear in court. He’s facing reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct charges after allegedly throwing a chair from Eric Church’s six-story rooftop bar in downtown Nashville last month. Instead his lawyer will make the court appearance.

Rising country music star Megan Moroney is announcing her sophomore album. The 14-track project, called, ‘Am I Okay?,’ drops July 12th. She also has a new single out today called “Indifferent.”

There’s lots of new music out today – On KFDI you get the world premiere of Kane Brown’s new summer single with Marshmello called “Miles On It”.  Miranda had dropped “Wranglers”, Keith Urban and Lainey Wilson finally released their duet “Go Home WU” and Randy Travis has a new song 11 years after suffering his stroke called “Where That Came From”.

Looking ahead to next Friday, Morgan Wallen and Post Malone will be our next World Premiere with their new song “I Had Some Help”

And Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson who you can see in Chris Janson’s “What You See Is What You Get” video, has talked about being a big country music fan. His latest story gives that some street cred as he talks about getting his first guitar, a “trigger” guitar like the one Willie Nelson plays, from Willie Nelson himself.
