Jelly Roll is no stranger to legal troubles, but most of that was from his past.  In the present, it has found him again. This time, it’s from a wedding band named JellyRoll.  This wedding band apparently has quite a following and they are claiming that Jelly Roll (a.k.a. Jason DeFord) is infringing on their trademark.

Just so we’re clear…..THIS is the wedding band JELLYROLL (no space in their name)

Obviously very talented….and this is not their only run in with a country star….there was that one time Tim McGraw crashed the wedding that they were playing at

So, it’s safe to say they are doing ok when it comes to money…..but, they don’t have Jelly Roll kind of money and fame….and they want a little piece of that too.

Not sure if this is going to settle out of court like it did for Lady A and Lady A, when that whole name change happened. I guess time and a few lawyers will tell.
