A popular playground at Sedgwick County Park will be closed for a couple of weeks so crews can do resurfacing work.
The Sunrise Boundless Playscape has wrinkles in the playground surface because of weather-related issues during the winter.
The playground is designed for toddlers to elementary-age children, and it is accessible to youngsters with disabilities. The playground opened in 2008 and a renovation was completed in 2019.
