A man was arrested on charges of involuntary manslaughter, aggravated battery, driving under the influence, aggravated child endangerment, reckless driving and other counts.
Investigators said the man was driving an SUV that crossed the center line and hit another SUV on December 15th on Highway 56 between Canton and Galva. Ashley Austin, a teacher at the Canton-Galva High School, died a few days after the crash.
