I’ve trolled the Opry, I’ve asked them why they hate Scotty McCreery and I’ve even asked Scotty why the Opry hates him…..of course, It was all in good fun, but I couldn’t be happier. It finally happened.  Last night, while on stage, Garth Brooks invited Scotty McCreery to be the Opry’s newest member.

I hinted at this about a month ago, it is now official, Cirque Du Soleil is going country and it will launch the tour in Nashville in July. Tickets go on sale Wednesday with more tour dates to be announced soon.

Cole Swindell just released a new single from what will be his 5th studio album.  It’s a song about divorce through the eyes of a child called “3 Feet Tall” and inspired by his own experience when his parents got divorced. There is already a lot of award talk for this song and after one listen to the lyrics, I understand why.
