Garth Brooks, Black Friday Football and “Rodeo Man”

If you were watching Thursday Night Football last night, two things stood out. One, MAN, there were a ton of penalties in the first half. TWO, they were promoting the first ever NFL Black Friday game HEAVY. Dolphins v Jets, Black Friday……LET’S GO!!

Think about it, you get 3 football games Thanksgiving Day, and then another game on Black Friday.

Now let’s add Garth Brooks To the mix. By now, you’re no doubt aware that Garth Brooks is going to celebrate the opening of his long-awaited Friends in Low Places Bar and Honky-Tonk in downtown Nashville with a special concert at the venue the day after Thanksgiving. But it turns out a few more folks than the lucky ones inside the building will get to see and hear him perform!

The NFL’s Black Friday game will pit the visiting Miami Dolphins against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey – game time is set for 2pm CT. Garth’s appearance on Amazon Prime will follow.

Garth says, “It’s going to be fantastic!” he says. “It’s just going to be hot and sweaty…it’s going to be realer than real.”

But before any of that happens, lets focus on this Monday. Garth is set to hit the airwaves this coming Monday with new music. “Rodeo Man” pairs him with longtime friend Ronnie Dunn – it can only be found inside Garth’s new Limited Series boxed set, available via Bass Pro Shops starting Tuesday. The seven-disc package includes his new album, Time Traveler.
