Today, JJ’s Star Spangled Salute, honors Army Veteran Eric Seufert. In the service he flew Black Hawk Helicopters, in is civilian life he serves his patrons at his brewery and his community with his generosity. 105 West Brewing is a no tip brewery, where if customers insist on leaving money, it goes to charity. In his brewery, Veterans are honored, and thanks to his thriving business, he has probablay giving over $300k to local charitable causes. His one bit of advice to people, ‘be generous’.
