I can’t tell you how happy it makes me to hear new music from Lady A. Look, I don’t want to say I had something to do with it, but again, I speak this stuff out loud and then it happens.
About a month ago, I was on air saying, “Man, it sure would be great to hear some new Lady A, I bet they’re workin’ on something”. I think those were my exact words and now here we are, and here is new Lady A called “Love You Back”
I’ve always felt a special connection to Lady A. I remember, when I was living in Maine, listening to my local country station, WOKQ on my way to work (at the radio station across town) and they were interview a new band called “Lady Antebellum” . From the moment I heard them sing, I was like WOW, THOSE HARMONIES. Now, after all these years and many changes and challenges, their harmonies are better than ever.
