Kelsea Ballerini had a really good night at the MTV Video Music Awards. It was her 30th birthday and her first time performing at the VMA’s. She walked the red carpet with her boyfriend Chase Stokes. She wore a backless red dress that drew lots of attention. Then she performed the song “Penthouse” on stage that included a quick change of outfits in the middle of the song. She started the song wearing a white strapless dress – then smoke obscured the star – and when it was cleared – she was wearing a black mini dress!
