Wednesday and here we are, in the middle of the week. Wednesday are like the longest day of the year – the summer solstice – some people love it cause it turns the corner to the weekend, others don’t because it feels very “middle of the road”.  Either way, YOU GOT THIS! 1. Russia’s Ruble is in rubbles.  The value of the Ruble has plumetted, it is now valued less than 1 cent against the U.S. dollar.

2. Spain has reached the Women’s World Cup Finals for the first time EVER.  They now await the winner of the match between Australia and England, being played as we speak.  C’mon Lioness.

3. The TV Tide continues to turn.  Cable and network tv usage is at an all time low, streaming is up to an all time high.

4. Chick-Fil-A is changing it’s chicken sandwich.  Don’t panic, you can still get the OG, but a new Hot Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich hits their menu on the 28th of this month.  As if the drive thru line at Central and Rock isn’t long enough.

5. And get ready for Croc-Tarts.  In a special partnership, the shoes and the pastries have teamed up to create some pretty fancy kicks with the jibbitz pop-tart charms for the shoes and croc shaped candies in the package of pop tarts.  You have to sign up for a chance to buy them.  On the upside, at least the pop tarts don’t smell like feet.
