It’s been 3 years since Tim McGraw released his last album “Here on Earth”. Released on August 21, 2020, the album showcased McGraw’s signature heartfelt lyrics and soulful melodies. With tracks like “I Called Mama” and “Hallelujahville,” McGraw effortlessly sent you on an emotional journey. “Here on Earth” is a testament to McGraw’s enduring talent and his ability to connect with his audience on a deep level.

In a little over a month, his newest album will be yours – “Standing Room Only”.  Tim has already released a couple of tracks, “Standing Room Only” (currently #16 on the charts)

and my new favorite, “Hey Whiskey”

In a recent podcast, Tim talked about the album being almost like a movie. “Life-affirming,” McGraw tells Audacy Throwdown, when asked to describe the new project in one word. “This album is all about life affirmation, about being the best person you can be. It tells stories. It’s very cinematic, is probably a better word … I think from start to finish the whole album has a cinematic quality, where you can create your own movie and paint your own picture with every song.”

August will have Tim focused on a couple of things.  One, his New Orleans Saints. Tim McGraw is an avid fan of the Saints. He even co-wrote and performed a song called “Who Dat Nation” as a tribute to the team and their fans.

Then on August 25th – it’s all about the new album. Set the DVR, Tim will be on the GMA Summer Concert Series on the morning of Aug. 25th, the day the album is released.
