The 76 year-old ultimate chill guy is in the hospital. “I had to stop in Boston for a check-up but wound up back in the hospital to address some issues that needed immediate attention.” That was part of a post on the Jimmy Buffet and the Coral Refers facebook page. The full post is below.
We know he cancelled at least one show the weekend, but it sounds like more might be required. He went on to say, “Growing old is not for sisses, I promise you.” The good news is he wants to get back on the stage and promised to do so. “When I am well enough to perform, that is what I’ll be doing in the land of She-Crab soup.” I had to Google she-crab soup.
