People will try anything to avoid an arrest. This guy in Springfield, Colorado was stopped for speeding. He’d been drinking, and to avoid possible arrest, he swaps places with the passenger – HIS DOG!
The cop can see everything that is going on. The guy then gets out of the car on the passenger side and declares he wasn’t behind the wheel but clearly showed signs of being drunk. At some point, he tried to run from the cop. He made it about 20 yards. He was checked out at the local hospital an arrested on suspicion of being under the influence. Turns out, he also had other warrants.
