The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said a man wanted for a shooting in Emporia has been arrested.
Deputies were looking for 37-year-old Logan Casteel after a shooting incident on October 17th. 38-year-old Justin Smith of Fredonia went to a hospital and said he had been shot at a rural location. He was transferred to a hospital in Emporia.
Casteel was found at a home in Emporia over the weekend and he was taken into custody without incident.
