Injuries were mostly minor from a seven-vehicle crash in east Wichita Sunday afternoon.
Sedgwick County deputies said a vehicle was weaving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed before rear-ending another car and causing a chain-reaction crash at Kellogg and 143rd Street East.
Two people had possible serious injuries while ten others had minor injuries. One person was pinned and crews worked to remove that person from a vehicle.
Deputies are still investigating the crash and criminal charges are possible.
The crash closed traffic in both directions on Kellogg for about two hours. The intersection was reopened around 6 p.m.
