A two-vehicle crash in northwestern Harvey County left a Buhler man dead and four other people injured.
The crash was reported shortly after 2 Saturday afternoon in the 23,600 block of West Dutch Avenue. Deputies sad a westbound car crossed the center line and hit an eastbound SUV head-on.
The driver of the car, 37-year-old Timothy Rutherford of Buhler, was pronounced dead at the scene. Four people in the SUV were injured, and one of them was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Deputies said their injuries were not life-threatening.
