Two people died and five were missing after a boat that was believed to be carrying migrants capsized off the coast of the Florida Keys on Friday
Officials with the Coast Guard said that eight people were rescued, and that boat was making an illegal voyage, carrying a total of 15 migrant passengers. Where exactly the migrants were originally from has not yet been made clear.
Reports began coming in around 10 a.m. on Friday that the vessel capsized about 14 miles south of Sugarloaf Key.
One person was rescued from the water by the Royal Caribbean cruise ship Mariner of the Seas.
