Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors U.S. Navy Veteran Keith Witherspoon. What Keith was trying to do seemed impossible. He was working on getting his master’s degree and finding work, all without a car. He tried to get his old, broken car up and running, but couldn’t find anyone to help. With the odds stacked against him, a couple from a different part of the state, donated their 2014 Subaru Outback, by way of the Maine Veterans Project, who stepped in and presented Keith the car.
