The Cowley County Sheriff’s Office is looking for 59-year-old Mark Wayne Brannam.
Brannam is described as being 5-feet-11-inches tall, weighing 200 pounds. He was last seen in a silver S-10 pickup with a Kansas plate of 631-MXJ.
