The Kansas Bureau of Investigation said a fifth person has now been arrested for a homicide in Greenwood County. A 15-year-old boy from Scott City has been taken into custody on murder, burglary and theft charges.
Officials already have a Dighton man and three people from El Dorado in custody. No further arrests are expected in the case.
The body of 78-year-old Danny Shue was found on August 19th in his home in Eureka, and officials determined that it was a homicide. The Greenwood County Attorney’s office will be prosecuting the case.
