The move for this year’s Kicker Country Stampede will be permanent.
Tomorrow morning, the official announcement will come down that Topeka will be the country music festival’s permanent home — at Heartland Motorsports Park. Country Stampede moved to Topeka for this year’s event after flooding in Manhattan.
Country Stampede starts tomorrow and runs through the 22nd.
