Kansas Governor Laura Kelly held a ceremonial signing of an education funding bill Tuesday in Wichita, then answered questions at a town hall meeting.
The Governor conducted the signing of the school funding bill at Cloud Elementary school, then she appeared during a town hall discussion at the Wichita Public Schools Alvin E. Morris Administration Center at Lincoln and Edgemoor.
The governor talked about school funding and the additional $90 million that was provided to schools through the bill she recently signed. She also talked about Medicaid expansion and other issues during the town hall.
