In the radio industry, it’s common to compile “air checks” – a sampling of the voices and features of a station at a given point in time. It serves as a kind of audio snapshot of the station’s personalities. KFDI has been “air checking” on a regular basis over the years. Here is a “snapshot” of KFDI AM & FM in the winter of 1987.
