1. President Joe Biden plans to endorse term limits for supreme court justices and a new ethics code. According to sources Biden is considering a call for a new constitutional amendment that would eliminate sweeping immunity for presidents and other officials, which has been widely criticized as an attack on the rule of law that gives presidents the power of a king.

 

 

 

 

2. Sorry Kansas, this is a top 10 list we don’t want to be on.  Kansas is coming in at #9 on the list of ten states in the U.S. with the worst quality of life. A couple of the biggest factors are violent crime and lack of and cost of childcare. Number one on the list of states with the worst quality of life, Texas.

5.  You’ve heard of painted on jeans, now there are spray on sneakers.  Hellen Obiri will make history at the 2024 Paris Olympics by wearing an innovative spray-on sneaker developed by Swiss sportswear company On. The process sprays thermoplastic polyurethane to form the shoe’s upper part in just three minutes. This method eliminates the need for traditional stitching and glue, significantly reducing production time and the carbon footprint. Despite initial skepticism, Obiri tested the shoes in practice and won the Boston Marathon, solidifying her confidence in the new technology.
