Today, the Awesome comes from St. Paul, Minnesota. First responders run toward the fires and into danger on a daily basis, but could you do it. Well, Kadir Tolla did just that and proved once again that not all heroes wear capes. It was a heart stopping moment when Kadir and other motorists came upon a car in flames with the driver trapped inside.  With the driver’s side door pinned against the guard rail and flames blasting the rescuers in the face, they worked frantically to get the driver out. Eventually, they were able to break the driver’s side window and pull the driver to safety, just in time because seconds later the entire car was fully involved. All of this, was caught on Kadir’s dash cam, he said it looked like something out of an action movie. Miraculously, none of the rescuers were hurt and the driver escaped with only minor injuries. Kadir said he did it because, “What if it was me, I’d want someone to help”….and THAT’S AWESOME.
