A woman is recovering after being shot Saturday afternoon, near Meridian and Harry.
Wichita police say the woman was hit when a fight broke out between two men in the home, in the 1500 block of South Edwards. The woman is expected to be OK and it is not believed that she was the intended target.
Police are still investigating and there has not been an arrest yet. It’s not clear what the two men had been fighting about.
