A small plane crashed at 167th St West and Central around 2:30 Sunday afternoon.
Sgt. Tim Hallacy said the pilot took off and realized the plane was having mechanical issues.
After landing the plane with minimal damage, the Pilot was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The crash is still under investigation.
